Successful candidates will proactively apply engineering and problem-solving skills to meet challenging safety and business objectives while seeking out leadership and growth opportunities. Candidates must have high technical acumen, be self-motivated, independent, organized, able to work effectively under direction of senior engineers, and handle multiple work assignments and projects.</span></p> <h4><strong>Position Requirements: </strong></h4> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Managers: </strong>10-15+ years’ experience required; ability to develop and lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, develop business and utilize strong project and people management skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Engineers / Consultants:</strong> 5-10+ years’ experience; self-motivated, independent, organized, able work effectively under direction of senior engineers, handle multiple work assignments and projects and seek professional growth and development.</span><br><br></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>All Roles:</strong></span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">BS/MS in related engineering field (chemical, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, safety) or associated science degree.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Relevant experience in process safety management, health, safety and environment (HSE), related experience in process or engineering design environment, manufacturing operations, and/or consulting environment.</
