Discover your story with Adaptive.<br><br></p></div><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p> <p>Adaptive Biotechnologies is seeking an organized, proactive, and execution-focused Integrated Solutions Specialist to support our commercial technology and EMR optimization strategy. This role independently advances assigned initiatives, ensuring that customer workflows, implementation readiness, cross-functional dependencies, and follow-through remain on track.</p> <p>The Integrated Solutions Specialist works across Commercial Technology Strategy, Field Sales, Medical, Account Operations, Customer Operations, technical teams, and customers. The role owns defined workstreams and makes day-to-day execution decisions within agreed scope, while escalating strategic, clinical, technical, contractual, or material scope decisions.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions</strong></p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;"><strong>Operational Execution and Initiative Ownership</strong> </p> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Own the day-to-day operational execution of assigned EMR integration and optimization initiatives from planning through launch and follow-through. </li> <li>Maintain clear documentation of customer workflows, implementation requirements, readiness, decisions, risks, dependencies, and actions as a reliable source of truth. </li> <li>Drive resolution of operational barriers by connecting stakeholders, addressing routine issues, and escalating risks that could affect milestones or customer outcomes. </li> <li>Lead internal and customer working sessions to clarify requirements, assess readiness, resolve execution questions, and establish clear next steps for project recruitment efforts </li> <li>Assess downstream impacts and independently advance multiple initiatives, using judgment to prioritize work and recommend practical adjustments. </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p style="padding-left: 40px;"><strong>Cross-Functional and Customer Readiness </strong></p> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Identify the stakeholders, inputs, and decisions required for successful implementation and optimization. </li> <li>Coordinate customer-readiness activities, including workflow documentation, communications, launch resources, training logistics, and follow-up. </li> <li>Develop sufficient knowledge of customer and EMR workflows to anticipate needs and address routine execution questions, engaging subject-matter experts when specialized decisions are required. </li> <li>Build credibility with internal and external stakeholders through responsive communication, sound judgment, and reliable follow-through. </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p style="padding-left: 40px;"><strong>Process Improvement and Scalable Operations </strong></p> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Identify recurring execution issues and improve templates, handoffs, workflows, and operating routines.
