Discover your story with Adaptive.<br><br></p></div><p> </p> <h2>Position Overview</h2> <p>The <strong>Senior Manager, Software Engineering</strong> leads the strategy, design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance business outcomes across Adaptive. This role is responsible for building and leading a high-performing automation engineering team while establishing governance, standards, and best practices for automation development and operations.</p> <p>Leaders at Adaptive demonstrate behaviors consistent with Adaptive’s Core Values and Leadership Principles. Leaders at Adaptive create an environment of belonging, respect, and open and honest communication every day.</p> <h2>Duties and Responsibilities</h2> <h3>Leadership & Team Development</h3> <ul> <li>Build, lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Business Process Automation engineering team</li> <li>Establish team objectives, success metrics, and development plans aligned with company goals</li> <li>Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, customer focus, and continuous improvement</li> <li>Manage hiring, performance management, succession planning, and career development activities</li> <li>Establish engineering standards, delivery processes, and operational best practices</li> </ul> <h3>Automation Strategy & Digital Transformation</h3> <ul> <li>Develop and execute an enterprise-wide automation strategy aligned with business priorities</li> <li>Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-value automation opportunities across departments</li> <li>Create and maintain a multi-year automation roadmap</li> <li>Partner with business and technology leaders to drive digital transformation initiatives</li> <li>Evaluate emerging automation and AI technologies and recommend solutions that deliver business value</li> </ul> <h3>Solution Delivery</h3> <ul> <li>Lead all phases of automation development including process discovery, solution design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support</li> <li>Ensure automation solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, reusable, and compliant with enterprise standards</li> <li>Oversee end-to-end delivery of automation projects using UiPath and related platforms</li> <li>Drive continuous optimization and enhancement of existing automation solutions</li> <li>Participate in release planning, deployment activities, and platform lifecycle management</li> </ul> <h3>Business Partnership</h3> <ul> <li>Partner with business stakehol
