You will assume engineering leadership over our investor solutions and research product suite and take ownership of technology delivery across our Institutional segment and sophisticated investor product offerings. </p> <p>You’ll lead a multi-disciplinary team of software engineers, platform architects, and engineering managers. The ideal candidate brings experience in Asset Management solutions, strong technical depth in scalable cloud-native systems and proven leadership in executing complex product roadmaps.</p> <p>Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship (for example, employment-based visas such as H-1B, F-1/OPT, or similar), and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day of employment.</p> <h4><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></h4> <p style="padding-left: 40px;"><strong>Strategic Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering organization dedicated to the Institutional segment</li> <li>Establish clear engineering goals, operational metrics, and delivery standards aligned with company objectives and create a high-performing engineering culture</li> <li>Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Design leadership to drive Addepar strategy across all of our engineering organizations</li> <li>Drive the technical vision, co-ordination and delivery across all products and solutions within our Institutional segment</li> </ul> <p style="padding-left: 40px;"><strong>Technology & Product Delivery</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner closely with Product Management, Design, and GTM to define, prioritize, and execute product roadmaps</li> <li>Implement robust Agile software development practices to ensure predictable, high-quality, and timely releases</li> <li>Guide architectural decisions to ensure scalable, secure, and resilient system design suitable for institutional security and compliance standards</li> <li>Champion engineering best practices, including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and robust monitoring/observability platforms</li> </ul> <h4><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Who You Are</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience</li> <li>8+ years of engineering leadership experience with a track record of managing managers, architects, and software engineers.</li> <li>5+ years in Asset Management / Institut
