In this leadership role, you will manage, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack engineers responsible for building and maintaining the systems and interfaces that authenticate users, allow agents to scale on our public APIs, and enable self-service product configuration.</p> <p>You will guide your team in leveraging Addepar’s enterprise identity platform to create responsive, frictionless user journeys. These range from the “front door” of our products (such as login and MFA) to the administrative tools our customers use to configure experiences for their internal teams and end-clients.</p> <p>Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and engineering partners, you will ensure our delivery aligns with our clients' complex regional, compliance, and privacy needs. Ultimately, you will foster an environment of engineering excellence, empowering your team to build the next generation of features that prepare Addepar for the demands of modern, AI-driven users.</p> <p>Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the country where this role is based on the first day of employment.
