Addepar supports clients worldwide with offices in New York City, Salt Lake City, São Paulo, London, Edinburgh, Geneva, Warsaw, Dubai, Pune and Singapore.</p></div><h4><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Role</strong></span></h4> <p>We are seeking a Manager, IBOR Operations, based in Pune, to lead the team responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of Addepar's Investment Book of Record (IBOR) — spanning Corporate Actions, Investment Accounting, Investable/Safe Cash, and Performance & Valuation. This role owns the operational integrity of positions, transactions, and reconciliations across custodial, aggregator, and trading data feeds, and acts as the senior escalation point for complex data and reconciliation issues. Reporting into Data Operations leadership, this person will manage a team made up of a Lead and Analysts, partner closely with Product and Engineering to evolve IBOR tooling, and represent Data Operations to senior stakeholders across the business.</p> <p>Do you enjoy the ability to work and build your career in an exciting, fast-growing environment? Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.</p> <h4><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What You'll Do</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li>Own the operational integrity of Addepar's IBOR — positions, transactions, corporate actions, tax lot accuracy, trade static data, trade enrichment, and market claims — across custodial, aggregator, and trading data feeds</li> <li>Lead and develop a team comprising a Data Operations Lead and Analysts, setting priorities, quality standards, and performance expectations</li> <li>Establish and maintain process controls and metrics that track reconciliation break resolution, data quality, and SLA performance across the IBOR function</li> <li>Serve as the senior escalation point for complex trade lifecycle, corporate actions, reconciliation, and trade fail issues that affect IBOR accuracy, partnering with clients and custodial/data providers to drive resolution</li> <li>Partner with Product and Engineering to define requirements and prioritize tooling that improves IBOR data quality, automates reconciliation, and scales operations</li> <li>Drive cross-functional initiatives with other Operations, Product, and Engineering leaders on data strategy and new platform capabilities</li> <li>Own hiring, onboarding, mentorship, and career development for the Lead and analysts within the team</li> </ul> <h4><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Who You Are</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or equivalent experience</li> <li>9+ years of experience in investment/portfolio operations, middle office, custody,
