They serve as the first point of contact for addressing client questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal use of the platform in daily operations.</p> <p>Our ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who delivers thoughtful solutions and exceptional client experiences. They excel in coordinating and collaborating with internal teams, possess strong technical and financial acumen, and thrive on building relationships through direct client interactions.</p> <p>Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship (for example, employment-based visas such as <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text"><span class="_1mT5xdRAKS"><span class="_0nmozVaHVx _2V7sgO2M4S _3BoeIDwZ7G _30zrXRyxdf _0ReiIH7zJH" data-testid="definition-highlighter">H-1B</span></span></span>, <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text"><span class="_1mT5xdRAKS"><span class="_0nmozVaHVx _2V7sgO2M4S _3BoeIDwZ7G _30zrXRyxdf _0ReiIH7zJH" data-testid="definition-highlighter">F-1</span></span></span>/OPT, or similar), and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day of employment.</p> <h4><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li>Identify, respond to, and resolve issues and questions raised by Addepar’s clients</li> <li>Provide hands-on support to our clients to ensure their ongoing happiness</li> <li>Work in complex data sets to identify and resolve data and calculation discrepancies</li> <li>Evaluate the criticality of client issues and collaborate with various parts of the organization to resolve</li> <li>Work closely and conduct root-cause analysis with Engineering and Data teams to resolve issues</li> <li>Work effectively with Product and Account Manager teams to manage and maintain a high level of client satisfaction</li> <li>Help clients use Addepar to the greatest extent through both functional and conceptual instruction</li> <li>Prioritize and context-switch effectively to execute on simultaneous cases, seeing each through to the finish line</li> <li>Become an expert on all things Addepar</li> </ul> <h4><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Who You Are</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li>Familiarity with trading workflows, portfolio management, or financial instruments</li> <li>Bachelo
