Responsibilities include partnering with cross-functional leaders to create and manage<br>integrated implementation plans in alignment with the Product Development Plan and budget. This<br>includes providing project management leadership, and driving the day-to-day planning, coordinating,<br>and tracking of critical activities. The project manager will be responsible for creating/maintaining the<br>project timelines to keep the project on schedule. Typical responsibilities also include planning,<br>facilitating, and following up on project team meetings; anticipating and managing potential project<br>issues, understanding the scope, schedule, and resources for the project, and the utilization of project<br>management tools to facilitate communication within the team, across the organization, and potentially<br>with external<br><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong><br>• Creates and drives integrated program timelines (Gantt charts) for tracking of activities and<br>milestones based on clear dependencies and assumptions. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders<br>in planning, coordinating, and tracking cross-functional activities. Ensures continued maintenance<br>and communication of critical path activities.<br>• Partners with cross-functional leaders to optimize team effectiveness, team dynamics and ensure<br>effective decision making.<br>• Facilitates highly effective team building and communication. Facilitates meetings and keeps them<br>on track. Provides meeting minutes to ensure adequate documentation of decisions/actions and<br>drives follow up on Action Items. Proactively, and independently, identifies and resolves program<br>team challenges.<br>• Performs effective risk management assessments and drives implementation of mitigation plans.<br>• Drives information flow and communicates program status to all stakeholders. Creates regular<br>status reports (milestones, status, issues, decisions) for senior management with input from the<br>team.<br>• Assists the Finance group in the compilation and tracking of the program budget in alignment with<br>the company’s goals and objectives<br>• In partnership with the functional managers, ensures that resources assigned to the program are<br>adequate to meet program objectives and identifies resource constraints.<br>• Maintains effective communication within the program team through oral and written<br>correspondence and ensures adequate documentation of each communication.<br>• Organizes and maintains appropriate electronic platforms (Sharepoint, shared folders, etc.) for<br>reporting/archiving/documentation of project records and relevant information to ensure ea
