Because it happens here. </p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Job Summary:</strong></span><br>The Security Department’s team is responsible for the safety and security of Crypto.com Arena and Peacock Theater guests, team members, and assets at all times. <br>This position is open to current Crypto.com Arena/Peacock Theater part-time Security Officer I's. <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>External applications will not be considered/accepted.</strong></span></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></span></p> <p>Event Security Officer</p> <ul> <li>Ensure enforcement and compliance of the venue’s Event Policies at all times including oversight of visitor management, credential enforcement and Security entry screening processes. </li> <li>Assist with directional and informational inquiries.</li> <li>Take direction from Supervisors and provide direction to Officer 1’s during Emergency Response and assist guests by providing direction and feedback.</li> <li>Conduct patrols of the building on a regular basis</li> <li>Utilize radios for communicating incidents.</li> <li>Respond to all security and safety related issues in a timely manner.</li> <li>Respond to incidents and compile information for Supervisors.</li> <li>Perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature, without the loss of efficiency or composure.</li> <li>Use excellent customer service skills when interacting with guests, clients, and staff.</li> <li>Complete all assigned tasks within the guidelines and deadlines set by Security Managers and Supervisors.</li> <li>Comply with all legal and ethical instructions given by Event Security Managers and Supervisors.</li> <li>Ability to memorize, recollect and quickly relay relevant information
