This<br>role leads the planning and execution of complex premium ticketing programs, ensuring operational excellence,<br>revenue growth, and alignment with company objectives. The Senior Manager will partner closely with Executives,<br>Directors, senior leadership, internal teams, and external clients to deliver best-in-class premium ticketing<br>experiences and optimize revenue opportunities<strong>.</strong></p> <p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide oversight and leadership for assigned Premium Ticketing initiatives (including VIP Packaging,<br>Dynamic Pricing, and other programs) across international, domestic, and regional territories.</li> <li>Manage ticket inventory, allocations, and reporting processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and<br>maximum revenue optimization.</li> <li>Develop, coach, and mentor team members, fostering professional growth and ensuring alignment with<br>program goals and company standards.</li> <li>Manage and schedule assigned personnel within the division, while supporting executive and director-level<br>teams in delegating and balancing workloads effectively.</li> <li>Lead the development of strategies, budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support Premium Ticketing<br>initiatives and drive business objectives.</li> <li>Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to create collateral, enhance customer<br>engagement, and deliver a best-in-class premium experience.</li> <li>Represent the company at events, shows, and industry functions, ensuring seamless execution of premium<br>programs and strengthening client and partner relationships.</li> <li>Oversee vendor relationships, including procurement, merchandise development, contract negotiation, and<br>financial reconciliation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>• BA/BS Degree (4-year) in Business, Sports Management, Entertainment, or related field, or equivalent<br>combination of education and experience<br>• 6-8 years Of related work experience including experience in the live entertainment industry<br>• Proven track record of success in the entertainment, sports, or live events industry with experience in<br>ticketing operations or premium p
