Our ambition is bold: to facilitate €100 million in processed donations through Adyen Giving by 2030. To achieve this, we're looking for a Global Giving Lead to drive commercial growth, deepen customer partnerships, shape product evolution, and position Giving as a core part of Adyen's value proposition worldwide. The Opportunity This is a high-visibility, commercially strategic leadership role within Adyen's Impact team. As Global Giving Lead, you will serve as the commercial owner driving the global growth strategy, pipeline, and market adoption for one of Adyen's most unique products. In this role, you will enjoy significant autonomy, global scope, and direct exposure to executive leaders across Commercial, Product, and regional teams. You will collaborate with many of the world's top brands to expand Giving across international markets, translate merchant feedback into product innovations, and ensure Giving creates sustainable value for enterprise customers, non-profit partners, and Adyen.
