<p><strong>About You:</strong></p> <p>As an Affiliate Account Manager, you thrive on finding the perfect balance between client satisfaction and team success. Your approach is strategic and analytical, and you've garnered valuable experience in affiliate and/or influencer marketing, both in agency and brand settings. You're a self-starter who navigates ambiguity with ease, always ready to deliver data-driven business solutions to both clients and your team. Your appetite for growth and challenges is insatiable, and you're adept at championing this mindset within your team.</p> <p><strong>Some of the duties will include and are definitely not limited to:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Managing, negotiating, developing, and nurturing affiliate partners for a diverse client portfolio.</li> <li>Pulling weekly and monthly reports to evaluate performance, partner activity, and areas for optimization, presenting findings to clients.</li> <li>Crafting strategies to enhance performance through commission structure testing, dynamic attribution, and cross-channel analysis.</li> <li>Ensuring efficient workflow and processes, adjusting as needed for optimal productivity.</li> <li>Handling day-to-day tasks within the affiliate network.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p> <ul> <li> 2-3 years of Affiliate Marketing experience </li> <li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience</li> <li>Experience distilling client goals into specific tasks that are prioritized, executed, and measured </li> <li>Excited and comfortable working with established brands</li> <li>Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently</li> <li>Experience with affiliate networks like Impact, Pepperjam or ShareASale and reporting dashboard, Affluent</li> <li>Exposure to different verticals / business models such as subscription, retail, B2B, CPG, App, etc</li> <li>Extraordinarily strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)</li> <li>Knowledge of G-suite & excel</li> <li>Must be inquisitive and proactive</li> <li>Able to adopt, document, and teach best practices of new partners and teammates</li> <li>Experience training and coaching junior team members and building small teams that are rapidly growing (establishing new workflows, processes and objectives)</li> <li>Standard ability to comprehend and discuss attribution & LTV</li> </ul> <p><strong>Our interview process includes, but is not limited to, the following:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Cognitive Aptitude, Excel and Typing Test</li> <li>Logic assessment on Excel</li> </ul> <p><strong data-redactor-tag="strong">We offer a competitive salary and benefits based on ability level, including:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Unlimited vacation policy</li> <li>Monthly Phone Stipend</li> <li>Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance options</li> <li>401(K) plan with matching</li> <li>Dog friendly office</li> <li>Hybrid work opportunity</li> <li>Professional Development Program</li> <li>Bonus Perk - Seamless allowance</li> </ul> <p>Total compensation based on education, experience, and skills level ($63,900-$147,400)</p> <ul> <li>Level 1 - $63,900-$82,760<br> <ul> <li>Possesses essential capabilities.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Level 2 - $82,760-$98,920<br> <ul> <li>Possesses developing capabilities.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Level 3 - $98,920-$115,080<br
