You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of day‑to‑day school IT services, supporting staff, students, and visitors, and maintaining a reliable, high‑availability environment.</p> <p><strong>Specific Duties</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide face‑to‑face and remote support to students, staff, and visitors</li> <li>Log, manage, and resolve ICT incidents within defined SLAs and KPIs</li> <li>Deliver exceptional customer service at all times</li> <li>Build, configure, and deploy end‑user devices for staff and students</li> <li>Install and update applications on user devices</li> <li>Support printers, projectors, and other school equipment</li> <li>Complete administrative tasks including asset management and documentation</li> <li>Support school events such as open evenings, parents' evenings, and other scheduled activities</li> <li>Work collaboratively with other ICT engineers to maintain a reliable, high‑availability environment</li> </ul> <p>Typical working hours are 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility required based on school and business needs.</p> <p><strong>Opportunity</strong></p> <p>This role is an excellent opportunity to build hands‑on experience within an education environment, working closely with end users and technical teams. You will gain exposure to a wide range of technologies while directly supporting teaching and learning through high‑quality ICT services.</p> <p><strong>ABOUT YOU</strong></p> <p>The ideal candidate will be driven, customer‑focused, and enthusiastic about delivering high‑quality ICT support within an educational environment, with a strong track record of problem‑solving and delivering results.</p> <p><strong>The Ideal Candidate</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and products (Windows 10/11 and Windows Server)</li> <li>Experience supporting hardware and software, including PCs, laptops, printers, and projectors</li> <li>Understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting in a managed environment</li> <li>Familiarity with mixed Apple and Microsoft environments, including basic Apple device support</li> <li
