As Director, Operations Program Management, you will own two things simultaneously: a team of technical and non-technical program managers working across all of the operations and supply chain domains and a portfolio of high-complexity programs that span the full organization. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Operations Program Management & Insights, you will bring the structure, judgment, and leadership presence to operate with minimal oversight. You set the standard for what great program management looks like on this team. This is the right role for someone who leads from the front, develops the people around them, and can drive complex cross-functional programs to outcomes without being told how to get there. <h2>About the Work</h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead and develop a team of dedicated program managers. Set clear expectations, coach toward growth, and hold yourself accountable to building a stronger team over time.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Establish and model PM best practices across the team. You are both the standard-setter and the coach.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Own, through your and the team’s efforts, a portfolio of complex programs that require a high degree of structure, judgment, and organizational reach. Act as a player-coach on the team’s broader portfolio — holding your own programs while helping your direct reports navigate blockers and deliver against theirs.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Translate complex, multi-org work into clear progress narratives for executive audiences.
