The First Cook works with a degree of independence to create daily menu items as well as brain storming new ideas!</p> <p><span style="color: rgb(10, 81, 161);"><strong>Key Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Provide menu development input</li> <li>Contribute to a cultivated team environment and provide support, motivation and encouragement to peers </li> <li>Maintain a level of food preparation consistent with business levels & leadership direction </li> <li>Adhere to standard recipes and specifications in order to maintain consistency and ensure all standards are met</li> <li>Ensure all activities are following all safety regulations laid out by regulatory bodies </li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(10, 81, 161);"><strong>Must haves:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Combination of culinary apprenticeship and experience exceeding 5 years</li> <li>Valid Drivers License </li> <li>Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations </li> <li>A strong sense of accountability, honesty, and responsibility in all tasks, supporting the trust that we have built with passengers, partners, and communities</li> <li>Enthusiasm for contributing to our unique mission, whether that’s through direct customer service, operational excellence, or behind-the-scenes support</li> <li>Must be a legally entitled to work in Canada</li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(10, 81, 161);"><strong>Nice to haves:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Valid Food Safe, WHMIS and First Aid</li> <li>Ability to comfortably operate a 5-ton truck </li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(10, 81, 161);"><strong>Ready to join us?</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Sub
