This role partners with cross-functional teams to translate organizational priorities into structured project plans, standardized processes, and measurable performance outcomes.</p> <p>We’re looking for someone with the ability to connect strategy to execution and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business impact. More than 50,000 AirSculpt cases have been performed in AirSculpt’s 30+ premium locations throughout the U.S., Canada and the United Kingdom.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.</li> <li>Act as a trusted thought partner to leadership on operational priorities, execution strategy, and risk mitigation, translating business goals into actionable project roadmaps, milestones, and performance metrics.</li> <li>Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, resources, budgets, and success measures, while managing multiple initiatives and adapting to evolving business needs.</li> <li>Facilitate and lead project meetings, providing clear status updates, decision-ready insights, and driving accountability for deliverables, risks, and dependencies.</li> <li>Identify risks, roadblocks, and process improvement opportunities; implement proactive solutions and standardized workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across teams and operations.</li> <li> Ensure operational initiatives align with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and internal</li> <li>policies</li> <li>Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships, coordinating communication across executives, regional leaders, and departmental teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.</li> <li>Support change management efforts to drive adoption of initiatives and ensure sustainable operational improvements.</li> <li>Lead post-implementation reviews to evaluate outcomes, capture learnings, and continuously refine processes and performance.</li> <li>Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and patient-centered operations.</li> <li>Perform other duties as needed to support organizational priorities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field</li> <li>5-8+ years of experience in clinical operations or enterprise project management</li> <li>Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in a fast-paced clinical environment</li> <li>Strong critical thinking, sound judgment, and ability to navigate ambiguity with autonomy</li> <li>Exceptional interpersonal skills with professional pres
