Our work goes beyond filling roles—we help shape Agoda’s talent strategy, strengthen our employer brand, and build the capabilities needed for long-term business success.</p> <h4>The Opportunity</h4> <p>As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Tech, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in building Agoda’s technology organization.</p> <p>You will partner with senior technology leaders and hiring managers to understand business priorities, translate them into effective hiring strategies, and deliver high-quality talent across a range of technical roles. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and talent mapping through to offer negotiation and onboarding partnership.</p> <p>This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment; understands the technical talent market; and can balance strategic stakeholder partnership with strong execution.</p> <p>You will also contribute to improving how Agoda hires by using market intelligence, recruitment data, experimentation, and process improvement to raise the standard of talent acquisition across the organization.</p> <h4>In This Role, You’ll Get to</h4> <ul> <li>Partner with senior technology leaders and hiring managers to understand business objectives, workforce plans, team structures, and hiring priorities.</li> <li>Translate business needs into clear recruitment strategies, target candidate profiles, sourcing plans, and hiring timelines.</li> <li>Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and technology leadership roles, ensuring a consistent, efficient, and positive candidate experience.</li> <li>Recruit across areas such as Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Product, Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Architecture, and other technology disciplines.</li> <li>Build strong relationships with candidates and develop long-term talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.</li> <li>Conduct proactive sourcing, m
