With backing from our investors, including Blackstone, this is just the beginning…</span></p> </div> <div> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Come join the A-Team at AirTrunk, where the cloud meets the ground.</span></p> </div> <p> </p></div><p></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(53, 152, 219);"><strong>Your Impact</strong></span></p> <p>As the P&C Generalist based in our Tokyo Office (Roppongi), you will report to the Senior Director, Regional People Business Partner and work closely with People Operations, Payroll, Legal and other stakeholders across the Asia Pacific region, making your mark in a number of ways:</p> <ul> <li>Taking ownership of Japan’s end-to-end P&C operations and becoming the trusted subject matter expert for employees, managers and the business.</li> <li>Building and improving scalable People processes in a fast-growing organisation, with the opportunity to shape how the employee experience is delivered in Japan.</li> <li>Gaining broad regional exposure by partnering across functions and countries on HR transformation, systems, payroll, compliance and broader P&C initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(53, 152, 219);"><strong>What you’ll do</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Provide day-to-day P&C advice and support on performance, conduct, attendance, and workplace concerns, escalating complex matters to the Senior Director of HR as appropriate.</li> <li>Coach managers on the fair, consistent and legally compliant application of policies, employment practices and employee relations processes.</li> <li>Support the delivery of AirTrunk’s P&C programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, promotions, workforce planning, employee engagement, talent development and broader talent management initiatives.</li> <li>Provide end-to-end HR operations support to employees throughout the employment lifecycle, from onboarding through to termination, acting as the subject matter expert for Japan.</li> <li>Execute, administer and continuously improve AirTrunker lifecycle processes, ensuring a consistent and high-quality employee experience.</li> <li>Maintain current knowledge of Japanese employment legislation and support compliance with local employment, occupational health and safety, quality and environmental requirements.</li> <li>Coordinate local compliance activities, including Health and Safety Committee processes, engagement with the corporate doctor and delivery of Stress C
