They will oversee and coordinate a portfolio of related software development projects that support multiple new product development programs. They will ensure successful delivery across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors. This role bridges technical execution and business goals, keeping programs on schedule, on budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">As part of the PMO team, the individual also contributes to improving processes and metrics and must be comfortable operating in regulated environments.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop and manage the program plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget. Identify the need for trade-off decisions early and drive them to closure.
