Reporting to the Senior Director, Customer Engineering & Delivery, you will bridge the gap between our customers’ strategic vision and the technical execution of solutions within AlayaCare’s SaaS platform.</p> <p>As a member of the Forward Deployed Engineering team, you will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, aligning them with AlayaCare’s capabilities, and designing solutions that address customer needs while influencing the evolution of AlayaCare’s extensibility platform. Success in this role requires strong communication skills to engage effectively with CIOs and other technical stakeholders, as well as deep technical expertise to collaborate with the broader engineering team.</p> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Customer Engagement</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Collaborate with the Revenue and Customer Success teams to understand customer needs, challenges, and objectives.</li> <li>Engage in strategic discussions with CIOs and other technical stakeholders to comprehend their business goals and technical requirements.</li> <li>Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and presentations to gather information and provide insights on solution design and implementation.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Solution Design and Architecture</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Translate customer requirements into comprehensive solution designs that leverage and influence AlayaCare’s SaaS platform capabilities.</li> <li>Develop innovative and scalable solutions that align with industry best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Create architectural diagrams, documentation, and other artifacts to communicate the proposed solution to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li> <li>Collaborate with the FDE team to validate technical feasibility and refine the solution design based on implementation constraints and considerations.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Partner with the sales and account management teams to develop compelling proposals, including solution design, implementation timeline, and cost estimates.</li> <li>Collaborate with the FDE team to ensure a smooth handover of the solution design, providing necessary guidance and context.</li> <li>Engage deeply with AlayaCare’s Platform Architecture team to further develop the extensibility platform.</li> <li>Work closely with project managers and other internal teams to ensure successful delivery and implementation of the designed solutions.</li> <li>Provide ongoing support to the FDE team by addressing any solution-related questions or issues that arise during the implementation phase.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Industry and Product Knowledge<
