We are looking for a person to join our EBS firmware team who wants to develop embedded software for devices operating in real-world installations and having a tangible impact on user safety.</p> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Implementing new features and developing existing software</li> <li>Developing and maintaining embedded software in C/C++</li> <li>Working with microcontroller (MCU) peripherals</li> <li>Integrating devices with external systems and applications</li> <li>Writing unit tests and ensuring code quality and readability</li> <li>Participating in the design of new devices and features</li> <li>Creating and updating technical documentation in English</li> <li>Collaborating with the hardware team and other technical departments</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 3 years of experience in C/C++ programming</li> <li>Basic knowledge of embedded systems</li> <li>Knowledge of Git version control</li> <li>Analytical thinking and the ability to solve problems independently</li> <li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li> <li>English proficiency at B2 level or higher</li> <li>Higher technical education (Computer Science, Electronics, or related field)</li> </ul> <p><strong>BONUS POINTS FOR…</strong></p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of design patterns</li> <li>Familiarity with development tools: CMake, GoogleTest, VS Code</li> <li>Familiarity with office and collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, Office 365, Teams</li> <li>Basic knowledge of electronics and the ability to read schematics</li> <li>Experience with RTOS systems (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, or similar)</li> <li>Knowledge of alarm or fire alarm control panels</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Collaborate with outstanding people:</strong> We have a strong focus on teamwork, and we work to create a collaborative and welcoming environment that enables our teams to excel.</li> <li><strong>Make an immediate impact:</strong> You can expect to be given real responsibility for bringing new technologies to the marketplace.
