Since our founding, we've built our business around expertise, long-term relationships, and delivering an exceptional experience for both our clients and consultants.</p> <p>See it for yourself <a href="https://www.instagram.com/lifeatalku/">@LifeatALKU</a> or on our website page: <a href="https://www.alku.com/about/">About ALKU!</a></p> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <p>The Director of Revenue Operations leads end-to-end billing, purchase order (PO) management, accounts receivable, collections, and cash application, partnering closely with Finance, Accounting, Revenue, and external vendors to optimize working capital, reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant revenue and general ledger processes.</p> <p>This role also serves as a change agent for business transformation, leading process redesign and system modernization across order-to-cash while safeguarding the integrity of customer and revenue master data.</p> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end billing, client PO management, accounts receivable, collections, and cash application, including invoicing, payment posting, unapplied cash resolution, and aged AR management</li> <li>Own performance against key metrics, including cash collections, DSO, unapplied cash, and speed-to-invoice, ensuring predictable cash flow and strong working capital performance</li> <li>Ensure revenue, AR, and unbilled balances are properly reflected in the sub-ledger</li> <li>Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Compliance to strengthen internal controls, mitigate revenue and credit risk, and support audit readiness, including providing support for internal and external audits of revenue and AR balances</li> <li>Develop, maintain, and enhance analytics and reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement</li> <li>Identify and implement systems and process enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and data integrity</li> <li>Lead business transformation initiatives to standardize and modernize order-to-cash processes, including ERP and billing system implementations</li> <li>Own governance of customer and revenue-related master data to ensure billing accuracy and downstream reporting integrity</li> <li>Establish revenue assurance controls to identify and remediate billing errors, leakage, or compliance gaps before they impact the P&L</li> <li>Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Revenue Operations team, including hiring, performance management, coaching, and succession planning</li> <li>Establish and track KPIs and operational dashboards to measure productivity, quality, cash performance, and process efficiency</li> <li>Driv
