This role will be responsible for producing and managing detailed Revit models for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, driving clash detection and coordination efforts, and mentoring a team of BIM professionals.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">This is a hands-on Revit production role focused on mentoring and leading a team, building and modifying coordinated models, working across disciplines, and producing construction-ready documentation used by field teams. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Lead hands-on Revit modeling for data center white space (MEP) systems on active construction projects </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage BIM coordination, clash detection, constructability reviews, and model issue resolution across MEP, structural, and architectural disciplines </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Support project teams with installation-focused modeling, drawing production, and field coordination </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Develop and maintain BIM standards, QA/QC processes, templates, and coordination workflows </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage, mentor, and develop a team of BIM/Revit professionals </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Partner with project managers, superintendents, engineers, and clients to ensure BIM models support successful field execution </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">7+ years of BIM/Revit experience supporting MEP systems in construction or engineering environments </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong hands-on expertise in Autodesk Revit and MEP BIM coordination </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience leading or mentoring BIM teams </span&
