Benesch has a strong, well-established relationship with the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) and a growing portfolio of transportation work throughout the region. We are looking to add an experienced transportation professional who is interested in growing their career while helping us expand our presence and continue building strong relationships with TN transportation clients.</p> <p>We are open to speaking with experienced Project Managers as well as Senior Project Engineers who are ready to take the next step in their careers and grow their project management, client relationship, and business development skills. This is an opportunity to combine strong technical roadway expertise with project leadership and client development while working alongside an experienced transportation team.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is someone who wants to grow with a team, take on increasing responsibility, and play a meaningful role in the continued growth of Benesch’s transportation practice.</p> <h5 class="isSelectedEnd">Location</h5> <p>This position offers a hybrid work schedule and can be based out of either our Franklin or Nashville, Tennessee, office.</p> <h5 class="isSelectedEnd">The Impact You Will Have</h5> <ul> <li class="isSelectedEnd">Lead the planning, design, and delivery of roadway and transportation projects from project initiation through completion.</li> <li class="isSelectedEnd">Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships and ensuring successful project delivery.</li> <li class="isSelectedEnd">Manage project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, quality, and overall financial performance.</li> <li class="isSelectedEnd">Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, designers, subconsultants, and other project partners.</li> <li class="isSelectedEnd">Provide technical leadership and oversight for roadway design and transportation projects.</li> <li class="isSelectedEnd">D
