As a Roadway and Highway Design intern during the summer of 2026, you will contribute to engineering projects that involve highway and roadway design, traffic analysis, and plan preparation. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in engineering design software, construction documentation, and collaborative project delivery.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <h5><span data-contrast="auto">Location</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></h5> <p><span data-contrast="auto">This internship will be based in either our <strong>Allentown, PA</strong> or our <strong>King of Prussia, PA</strong></span><span data-contrast="auto"> office with opportunities for mentorship from senior engineers and exposure to project sites.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <h5><span data-contrast="auto">What We Are Looking For</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></h5> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong interest in highway, roadway, or transportation engineering</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Familiarity with design software such as MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D (Geopak or 3D Modeling experience a plus, but not required)</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&n
