<p><strong><span data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-parastyle="header">Dissemination Specialist</span><span data-ccp-parastyle="header"> – Team Lead</span></span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"469777462":[4680,9360],"469777927":[0,0],"469777928":[3,4]}"> - <strong>#860</strong></span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-parastyle="header">Location: </span></span></strong><span data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-parastyle="header">Fort Belvoir, VA</span></span><span data-ccp-props="{"469777462":[4680,9360],"469777927":[0,0],"469777928":[3,4]}"> </span></p> <p><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span><strong>TS/SCI w/CI Poly REQUIRED</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span><strong><span data-contrast="none">Responsibilities:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <ul> <li>Prepares and processes the movement of appropriately marked intelligence products between security domains.</li> <li>Manages the sending and posting of products to approved individuals, organizations, and sites, including the verification of appropriate clearances and accesses of users.</li> <li>Logs potential inadvertent security incidents and utilizing and maintaining site SOPs IAW the appropriate policy and guidance. </li> <li>Ensures the timely, accurate, and complete generation and modification of intelligence product metadata consistent with Government approved standards.</li> <li>Uses government-specified tools to generate and modify product metadata (including, but not limited to, Government developed macro-based solution called the Document Dissemination Tool (DDT), Government-developed Create Organize Retrieve and Evaluate (CORE) tool, Government developed DIA Product Control Numbering Database (PCN DB), and MS Office Suite.</li> <li>Performs cross-domain product (as associated material) dissemination on approved networks and registers product(s) into the approved intelligence repositories. </li> </ul> <p><strong></strong></p> <p><strong>Qualifications of Team Lead:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Meets all qualifications and skills of a Mid and Senior Dissemination Specialist, plus: 4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience involving complex security classification decisions such as coalition/foreign partner support, foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or cross domain operations.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as SOPs and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.</li> <li>Demonstrated understanding of metadata.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to instruct and interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Must Meet Qualifications of Senior:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.</li> <li>Demonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in aca
