<p><strong>Messaging Manager - Mid - #876</strong></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-parastyle="header">Location: </span></span></strong><span data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-parastyle="header">Fort Belvoir, VA</span></span><span data-ccp-props="{"469777462":[4680,9360],"469777927":[0,0],"469777928":[3,4]}"> </span></p> <p><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span><strong>TS/SCI w/CI Poly REQUIRED</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>2 years demonstrated experience using Multimedia Message Manager (M3), conducting profile management, and monitoring message traffic for anomalies.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired Education:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Desired: Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.</li> <li>Required: Associates degree with 7 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Certifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Current DoD Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph.</li> <li>Ability to obtain DoDD 8140.01 (formerly DoDD 8570.01-M) certification / IT Level II within 30 Calendar days of indoctrination at HQ INSCOM.</li> <li> </li> </ul>
