This role will own the technical configuration behind every registration site, including platform setup, data structure, integrations, and live troubleshooting. The ideal candidate enjoys learning new software platforms, works comfortably with structured data, and wants to build technical expertise on the Events Team.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: rgb(52, 73, 94);"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Configure registration websites, mobile event apps, and onsite check-in systems using ADF's event technology platform (currently Cvent)</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Structure registration forms, session logic, and data fields for multi-track, multi-day events</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Maintain and troubleshoot live registration sites and event apps throughout each cycle, including content updates and push notifications</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Build integrations with other systems (payment processing, database exports) and manage data imports/exports between platforms</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Build reports and dashboards supporting event and departmental leadership; audit records regularly for data accuracy</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Serve as the technical point of contact for platform functionality, configuration, and troubleshooting</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Research new platform features and recommend workflow improvements</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Document technical processes and maintain reference guides for the Events Team</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Onboard new Events Team members on the registration platform</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: rgb(52, 73, 94);"&
