You will own the technical and creative production of a portfolio of ADF's live and virtual events—seminars, conferences, webinars, and fundraisers. That includes staging, audio, lighting, video, and livestream. You will also direct the technicians and crew assigned to each event, from the first planning meeting through final event teardown.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: rgb(0, 48, 87);"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Lead creative concept, production design, and technical execution for events—staging, lighting, video, show flow—from planning through live troubleshooting and post-event asset delivery/archiving.</span></li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Develop and communicate production schedules, run-of-show docs, technical specs, venue surveys, and logistics (transport, load-in/out).</span></li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Ensure accessibility (captioning) and proper licensing/clearance for music, video, and imagery used in productions.</span></li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Oversee AV equipment inventory, maintenance, and upgrade recommendations.</span></li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Direct AV technicians, freelancers, and vendors during assigned events; manage vendor/venue relationships (scheduling, contracting, day-of coordination); enforce safety practices and insurance/compliance requirements.</span></li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Partner with Communications, Development, Legal, and other teams to align production with ADF branding and mission; translate stakeholder objectives into technical/creative plans; serve as primary technical contact for event stakeholders, as well as presenters and speakers.</s
