The Service Associate – Client Support is responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the financial advisory team and ensuring a seamless client experience. This role will focus on assisting with day-to-day client service requests, processing transactions, handling client inquiries, and managing account-related documentation. The Service Associate will collaborate closely with senior team members to deliver high-quality service and contribute to the smooth operation of client services.</p> <p>This is a full-time, non-exempt position based in our Durham, NC office and requires five days per week on-site. </p> <p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as an initial point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely responses to their needs via phone and email</li> <li>Assist with scheduling and coordinating client appointments, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently and accurately</li> <li>Process client requests, including transactions and paperwork, in line with firm policies and procedures</li> <li>Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience</li> <li>Collaborate with custodians and internal teams to resolve client account issues, transfers, and general service requests</li> <li>Support advisors with client-related documentation, ensuring all forms are complete, accurate, and submitted on time</li> <li>Provide notary services for client transactions as required</li> <li>Maintain up-to-date client records and help ensure accuracy and consistency across internal systems</li> </ul> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>2-5 years of experience in a client-facing administrative role within the financial services or related industry</li> <li>BS/BA degre
