The practice works closely with Alpha’s broader advisory, data, and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions and provide continuity from strategy and design through implementation and ongoing support.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>Lead functional discovery, design, configuration, and delivery for assigned Workday Financials workstreams. The Manager combines hands-on configuration expertise with day-to-day client leadership, workstream planning, quality review, and coordination of functional delivery resources.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Functional Ownership: </strong>Own configuration design and implementation for core and specialty Workday Financials capabilities such as General Ledger, Accounting Center, Procure-to-Pay, Expenses, Projects, Billing, Banking & Settlement, or reporting.</li> <li><strong>Discovery & Workshops: </strong>Lead and participate in functional discovery, design, and validation workshops. Document business and functional requirements, decisions, dependencies, and configuration implications.</li> <li><strong>Hands-on Configuration: </strong>Drive complex configuration activities, including FDM, business processes, accounting rules, security-related functional requirements, and module-specific configuration.</li> <li><
