The practice works closely with Alpha’s broader advisory, data, and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions and provide continuity from strategy and design through implementation and ongoing support.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>Lead technical delivery, integration architecture, and platform development across Workday engagements. The role combines hands-on technical development with client-facing architecture leadership and responsibility for secure, scalable integration landscapes.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Discovery & Technical Requirements: </strong>Lead and participate in discovery workshops with client project teams, technology leaders, and functional stakeholders.
