The practice works closely with Alpha’s broader advisory, data, and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions and provide continuity from strategy and design through implementation and ongoing support.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>Own engagement governance and project management across Workday implementations, coordinating methodology, timelines, scope, budget, resources, risks, and cross-workstream delivery. The Engagement Manager serves as the primary coordination point between client project leadership and the implementation team.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Project Governance: </strong>Drive the project lifecycle in alignment with Workday implementation methodology, maintaining integrated plans, milestones, RAID logs, decision logs, status reporting, and governance routines.</li> <li><strong>Scope, Budget & Schedule: </strong>Manage project scope, delivery timelines, budget tracking, resource plans, dependencies, and change control. Escalate issues and variances with clear options and recommended actions.</li> <li><strong>Client Stakeholder Management: </strong>Develop strong relationships with client project managers, sponsors, and workstream leads and serve as the primary organizational point of contact for day-to-day delivery coordination.</li> &
