We partner with financial services and private markets clients to design and implement solutions that enhance financial decision-making through technology-driven transformation.</p> <p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p> <p>As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering technology-enabled transformations. You will leverage Anaplan to help clients reimagine their planning, reporting, and analysis processes. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients while mentoring junior consultants, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.</p> <p>You’ll lead or support delivery teams, collaborate with client stakeholders, and help build the Anaplan delivery capability within the EPM practice—bringing tailored solutions to the financial services and alternative investments sectors.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct discovery sessions to understand client planning processes and identify challenges aligned to Anaplan’s capabilities.</li> <li>Design, configure, and implement Anaplan-based solutions for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation.</li> <li>Deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations and facilitate solution workshops.</li> <li>Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to support pre-sales engagements and ensure successful post-sale implementations.</li> <li>Lead strategic engagements for high-value accounts with complex financial reporting or multi-entity requirements.</li> <li>Develop client-facing deliverables including project plans, functional/technical specs, and polished presentations.</li> <li>Analyze financial and operational data to generate meaningful insights and recommendations.</li> <li>Lead and mentor consultants, ensuring knowledge transfer and professional development within the team.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>3 - 5 years of consulting or digital transformation experience, ideally within financial services or private markets.</li> <li>Experience delivering or supporting Anaplan implementations</li> <li>Strong understanding of financial planning, reporting, and consolidation processes.</li> <li>Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage delivery teams.</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-first mindset.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Technology-related field.</li> <li>Technical experience in data modeling and multi-dimensional planning environments is a plus.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Learning and development: Vast op
