The practice works closely with Alpha’s broader advisory, data, and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions and provide continuity from strategy and design through implementation and ongoing support.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>Build, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations, custom reports, and data transformations based on approved technical designs and specifications. The Senior Consultant is a hands-on technical delivery resource across integration development, testing, troubleshooting, and data conversion support.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Integration Build: </strong>Develop integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, Workday Studio, Workday Web Services, and APIs based on approved technical specifications.</li> <li><strong>Technical Requirements & Design Support: </strong>Participate in discovery and technical design sessions, document interface requirements, data mappings, dependencies, and technical decisions.</li> <li><strong>Data Transformation: </strong>Develop and maintain XML/XSLT transformations, validation logic, error handling, and file-format conversions required by integrations.</li> <li><strong>Technical Testing: </strong>Conduct unit and integration testing, troubleshoot transmission
