Help us growing and succeeding! </p> <p> </p> <p>We are looking for a meticulous and analytical <strong>Business Development Manager</strong> to support our strategic growth initiatives across multiple markets. In this role, you will focus on core business development operations, conducting in-depth analyses, managing bids and proposals, and driving operational effectiveness in partnership with senior leadership.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>🎯</strong><strong> How you will make an impact:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform rigorous market analyses, competitor benchmarking, and opportunity assessments to support strategic decision-making.</li> <li>Prepare detailed proposals, bids, reports, and presentations, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with strategic objectives.</li> <li>Coordinate and manage business development activities, including tracking leads, pipeline management, and performance reporting.</li> <li>Support the senior leadership and country-specific BD leads with strategic insights derived from thorough data-driven analyses.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and legal, ensuring cohesive and competitive submissions for bids and contracts.</li> <li>Continuously refine business development processes, incorporating best practices and leveraging relevant tools and methodologies.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>✅</strong><strong> What you need to be successful:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 2-3 years experience in business development or other business-focused role (e.g. consulting), market analysis, or proposal writing roles.</li> <li>Proven analytical, research, and presentation skills, with an ability to synthesize complex information clearly and effectively.</li> <li>Highly proficient in creating compelling reports, bid submissions, presentations, and other strategic documentation.</li> <li>Exceptional organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.</li> <li>Advanced proficiency with analytical and presentation tools, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant CRM platforms.</li> <li>Fluent in English; additional European languages (particularly German) are beneficial.</li> <li>Experience or familiarity with defence, aerospace, or UAV technology sectors is advantageous but not essential.
