As a Working Student in Prototyping, you will support the development and integration of hardware components for our drone platforms and counter-UAS systems. You will work closely with our flight test team and engineering leads, helping to design, build, modify, and test prototypes. This is a highly practical role for someone who loves building things! 🎯 How you will make an impact: <ul> <li>Support the mechanical and electrical prototyping of drone systems</li> <li>Assist in CAD design of components and assemblies</li> <li>Manufacture and modify parts using 3D printing and workshop tools</li> <li>Perform cable harnessing and wiring work</li> <li>Integrate electronic components, radio links, and communication modules</li> <li>Support hardware integration and preparation for flight testing</li> <li>Assist during field and flight test activities</li> <li>Document prototypes, iterations, and improvements</li> </ul> ✅ What you need to be successful: <ul> <li>Currently enrolled student in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or similar)</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience in building and tinkering (e.g., model aircraft clubs, university design teams, personal projects)</li> <li>Experience with CAD software</li> <li>Familiar with 3D printing and basic workshop tools</li> <li>Practical knowledge of electronics integration and wiring</li> <li>Interest in drones, UAV systems, and counter-UAS technologies</li> <li>Structured, independent, and proactive working style</li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment </li> </ul> At Alpine Eagle, we are committed to diversity and equal opportunity.
