We create and implement operational reporting & analytics, improve processes, and enable strategic initiatives that impact the revenue organization. At our core, we are a dynamic team of highly driven self-starters who are passionate about operations and thrive in a fast paced, challenging environment.</p> <p><strong>About the Role:<br></strong>We're looking for an Analyst to join our Deal Desk team as we scale. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Legal — helping structure, price, resolve redlines and close deals quickly while setting the foundation for repeatable, auditable processes. You'll combine hands-on deal support with process design and a growing use of AI tooling to speed up cycle times, and you'll help define the metrics that show how well the team and our deals are performing.<br><br><strong>Who you are:</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, FP&A, or a related revenue operations function, ideally at a high-growth SaaS or tech company.</li> <li>Strong grasp of deal structuring, pricing, and contract fundamentals (discounting, ramps, multi-year terms, non-standard clauses).</li> <li>Hands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce). Quoting and/or CLM tools experience is a plus.</li> <li>Curiosity for applying AI tools to operational or deal workflows.</li> <li>Excellent judgment under time pressure </li> <li>Strong cross-functional communicator, comfortable working with Sales, Legal, and Finance.</li> <li>Process-oriented mindset with a bias toward documenting and scaling what works.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proactively review inbound deals for structure, pricing, discounting, and terms before they reach approval — flagging risk and inconsistency early rather than after the fact.</li> <li>Serve as a hands-on partner to Sales throughout the deal cycle, answering questions about deal commercials in real time and unb
