Our Agent API extends that intelligence beyond the AlphaSense platform: it lets enterprise engineering teams and partners embed our decision-making intelligence directly into their own applications.. Our developer experience is what decides whether our customers can drop AlphaSense into their enterprise AI stack in an afternoon or give up during setup. This role exists to make that experience excellent. You'll work at the center of engineering, developer support, customer experience, and the broader API product effort.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the developer experience for the AlphaSense Agent API. You'll be responsible for everything a developer touches on the way to a successful integration: the developer portal, documentation and quickstarts, SDKs and code samples, authentication and credentials, structured responses and streaming, error handling, and the logging and tracing developers need to debug agentic workflows. Your north star is time-to-first-call - how quickly a developer at a sophisticated enterprise can authenticate, make a real call, and trust what comes back. To succeed you’ll need to meet developers where they already are: aligning our API with the conventions teams use to consume LLMs and agents today, so that adopting AlphaSense feels native rather than bespoke. You'll ground your roadmap in developer analytics, support signals, and direct conversations with the engineers who build on our API, and you'll partner closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Education to keep the experience coherent as the API grows.
