We take pride in fostering a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.</p></div><p><strong>Electrical Engineer</strong></p> <h3>Core Responsibilities</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Provide engineering support to manufacturing operations and contribute to ongoing product enhancements.</li> <li>Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot both analog and digital electronic circuits.</li> <li>Develop, review, and carry out engineering test procedures, records, and supporting documentation.</li> <li>Contribute to design reviews with internal engineering teams as well as external suppliers.</li> <li>Assist with verification and validation efforts for aerospace electronic systems and components.</li> <li>Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and other cross-functional teams to address technical challenges.</li> <li>Investigate and resolve hardware and product-performance issues, helping identify effective corrective actions.</li> <li>Contribute to initiatives focused on product safety, quality improvement, process optimization, and continuous improvement.</li> </ul> <h3>Required Qualifications</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent education and experience may be considered.</li> <li>At least 3 years of professional experience designing electronic hardware within a regulated industry.</li> <li>Practical knowledge of electronic circuits incorporating operational amplifiers, comparators, discrete components, ADCs, and power-switching devices.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to diagnose and solve complex circuit- and system-level technical problems.</li> <li>Experience creating and working with schematics using tools such as Cadence OrCAD or DxDesigner.</li> <li>Familiarity with PCB design and layout platforms such as Cadence Allegro or PADS.</li> <li>Working proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or MathCAD for engineering analysis and documentation.</li> <li>Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work successfully across technical and functional teams.</li> </ul> <h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Practical experience conducting electronics testing and troubleshooting in a laboratory environment.</li> <li>Familiarity with common electrical test equipment, including oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and related measurement instruments.</li> <li>Experience with PSpice or another electronic circuit simulation package.</li> <li>Previous experience providing engineering support to manufacturing or production environments.</li> <li>Professional experience with aerospace electronic hardware or systems.</li> <li>Background in product testing, verification, validation, qualification, or re
