A supporting role during operations and through the warranty process will be evaluated upon completion of commissioning.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Construction liaison between design engineering and construction during the erection of the Water Treatment Plant.</li> <li>Provide technical instruction and assistance to customer representatives regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair and maintenance at customer's sites.</li> <li>Manage activities of outside vendors and suppliers, assuring services and supplies meet project specifications and performance requirements.</li> <li>Develop Standard Operating Procedures and log sheets to document and monitor equipment during storage, installation and/or initial operations.</li> <li>Develop and execute installation, assembly and storage plans.</li> <li>Perform quality inspections of electromechanical equipment/rotating equipment with Clients and client-designated representatives.</li> <li>Maintain strong safety mindset to assure the executed work reflects the technical requirements within safety standards</li> <li>Prepare timely and accurate technical reports for customer records and a reference for future outages</li> <li>Figure out alignment issues and plumb adjustment figures. Plane Geometry, chemistry formulas.</li> <li>Lead and/or assist customers with Electrical and/or Instrumentation requirements (space, labor requirements, tools, disposal of test water, etc..) to support commissioning activities, operational/startup spares and Operating and Maintenance Practices.</li> <li>Participate in Customer Factory Acceptance Tests and related Control Systems reviews.</li> <li>Perform on-site programming for Water Treatment Control Systems and assist with electrical installation and troubleshooting.</li> <li>Work closely with Automation and E&I Leaders regarding project execution and continuous improvement.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>College Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Water Treatment field or 10 years of experience in Construction and/or Commissioning</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Strong focus on customer relationships (both external and internal customers). Understands balance between customer and teams.</li> <li>Knowledge of and/or demonstrated ability to learn equipment and process startup related to WTS products and systems including but not limited to Reverse Osmosis, Clarifiers, Thickeners, Pressure Filters, etc..</li> <
