We take pride in fostering a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.</p></div><p> </p> <p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Job Description</span></strong></p> <p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>Will be responsible of the following: </strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Designing and developing all test scripts outlined in the DVP&R, managing multiple versions and variants of scripts while ensuring traceability to requirements, and performing initial root cause analysis to identify and address issues effectively</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Ensures HIL test properties / test scripts properly validate the appropriate functions </li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Ensures all test properties are the proper configuration for valid test results</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Improves testing coverage developing new tests as appropriate to enhance coverage</li> </ul> <p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>Position Requirements </strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science from an ABET accredited University</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Experience in powertrain software development or a highly related field</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Strong knowledge in Programming Languages specifically C#, C++ , Python, and Java Script </li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Hardware background (ability to read/understand ECU schematic, identify HW-SW integration issues)</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Working experience with ControlDesk and AutomationDesk</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Familiarity with On-Board Diagnostics in passenger automobiles</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Experience with ETAS, INCA, CANoe, CANAnlayzer</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Understanding of Electrified Powertrain subsystems</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Understanding of internal combustion engines and/or vehicle subsystems</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Experience with Model Based development using Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow for embedded control systems</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Embedded C/C++ software experience in Real Time Operating System environment</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Experience in Matlab/Simulink / Target Link / Embedded Coder (MBD)</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Experience implementing Embedded Real-Time Controls and Software solutions</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Established strength in driving collaboration and changes, able to work across challenges and boundaries to realize positive outcomes</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Worked within an Agile team framework</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Familiarity with microprocessor-
