We take pride in fostering a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.</p></div><p>As a Mechanical Test Engineer you will be responsible for;</p> <ul class="___14cu5j8 fdgang7 f1hu3pq6 f19f4twv fuxrj8o"> <li>Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of development and verification testing for complex mechanical and aerospace systems.</li> <li>Designing test approaches, methodologies, and strategies that validate product performance against requirements and program objectives.</li> <li>Developing test procedures, test plans, work instructions, and engineering documentation to support product development activities.</li> <li>Supporting products throughout the development lifecycle, from early concepts and prototype builds through qualification and production readiness.</li> <li>Configuring and utilizing instrumentation and data acquisition systems to capture and analyze test results.</li> <li>Collecting, processing, and interpreting test data to support engineering assessments, design improvements, and technical decision-making.</li> <li>Collaborating closely with design, manufacturing, systems, and quality teams to ensure successful execution of development programs.</li> <li>Generating detailed technical reports and presentations that communicate test methods, results, observations, and recommendations.</li> <li>Supporting customer-driven initiatives, technical reviews, and program milestones while maintaining schedule and budget objectives.</li> <li>Participating in proposal efforts by providing technical input, test concepts, schedules, and risk assessments.</li> <li>Identifying technical issues during testing and driving root-cause investigations and corrective actions.</li> <li>Serving as a mentor and technical resource for junior engineers while promoting engineering excellence and continuous improvement.</li> </ul> <p><strong data-lexical-text="true">Qualifications;</strong></p> <ul class="___14cu5j8 fdgang7 f1hu3pq6 f19f4twv fuxrj8o"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.</li> <li>4-7 years of experience supporting aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated engineering programs.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience leading development testing and supporting qualification or verification testing activities.</li> <li>Proficiency with test instrumentation, sensors, data acquisition systems, and test execution methodologies.</li> <li>Experience developing test plans, procedures, reports, and engineering documentation.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and provide engineering recommendations.</li> <li>Working knowledge of mechanical systems, product development processes, and engineering best practices.</li> <li>Proficiency with SolidWorks and Geometric Dimensioning &am
