We take pride in fostering a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.</p></div><p><strong>Activities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform electric powertrain calibration and validation activities at vehicle and component levels.</li> <li>Own and deliver calibration for specific features (e.g., eLocker) with on-time, high-quality releases.</li> <li>Increase calibration maturity and readiness through program milestones up to SOP in accordance with Client processes.</li> <li>Supervise and ensure correct implementation of CAN/LIN communication at the vehicle level.</li> <li>Flash control units and maintain test vehicles with the latest software releases.</li> <li>Contribute with the validation engineer at the numerical and physical validation plan creation</li> <li>Analyze test results versus design requirements and propose calibration or control improvements.</li> <li>Debug embedded EVCU SW models and support issue resolution.</li> <li>Propose corrections and improvements to Simulink models and control strategies.</li> <li>Ensure smooth data/command exchange between xCUs impacting the powertrain and proper HMI behavior (physical/visual).</li> <li>Monitor and support implementation of PWT benches aligned with project needs.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with controls teams, suppliers, and chief engineers; lead/organize technical meetings.</li> <li>Track and resolve issues with suppliers and internal partners within area of expertise.</li> <li>Draft test reports and provide feedback at the end of each development phase.</li> <li>Communicate any test failures, delays, or interruptions to the validation engineer (Notice by an incident report)</li> <li>Control the test report done by the laboratory and write the test report should be released</li> </ul> <p><strong>Tools & Software:</strong></p> <ul> <li>INCA</li> <li>MDA</li> <li>MATLAB / Simulink</li> <li>CANalyzer</li> <li>CDA</li> <li>PowerCal</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, or Controls Engineering.</li> <li>Experience in automotive calibration (EV or electrified powertrains preferred).</li> <li>Strong understanding of EV systems (e.g., BMS, charging, thermal management, torque control).</li> <li>Experience with vehicle system architecture and CAN/LIN communication.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with model-based embedded software development.</li> <li>Solid foundation in control theory.</li> <li>Experience in testing and validation of automotive features and calibration of in-vehicle functions.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.</li> <li>Strong analytica
