We take pride in fostering a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.</p></div><p>As Project Manager you will be responsible for;</p> <ul class="___14cu5j8 fdgang7 f1hu3pq6 f19f4twv fuxrj8o"> <li>Leading the business-side implementation of the 3DX PLM system for Completion activities while ensuring business requirements are successfully met.</li> <li>Collaborating with the IT Project Manager, business stakeholders, business analysts, and Subject Matter Experts to optimize the solution and drive project success.</li> <li>Managing all phases of the project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and project closure.</li> <li>Developing project management plans, schedules, resource plans, risk assessments, and other project documentation.</li> <li>Leading project teams, facilitating communication, managing stakeholder engagement, and ensuring alignment across functional groups.</li> <li>Monitoring project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks while managing change control activities throughout the project.</li> <li>Providing regular, accurate, and timely project status updates to PMO leadership and key stakeholders.</li> <li>Mentoring less experienced project managers and promoting project management best practices throughout the organization.</li> <li>Supporting business transformation initiatives through positive leadership, communication, and change management activities.</li> <li>Maintaining PMP (or equivalent) certification and ensuring successful project delivery in accordance with organizational standards.</li> </ul> <p><strong data-lexical-text="true">Qualifications;</strong></p> <ul class="___14cu5j8 fdgang7 f1hu3pq6 f19f4twv fuxrj8o"> <li>Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of aviation and/or project management experience, including two (2) years supporting PLM system projects; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.</li> <li>Current PMP or CAPM certification required.</li> <li>Fluency in French and strong English verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project (or similar project management tools), and JIRA.</li> <li>Strong leadership, interpersonal, team-building, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Experience leading project teams and coordinating cross-functional resources.</li> <li>Preferred experience with 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) PLM, business analysis, and enterprise system implementations.</li> <li>Preferred Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or Aerospace & Defense industry background.</li> <li>Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including potential travel to France.</li> <li>Must be able to work extended or off-hours as needed to meet project deadlines.</li> </ul> <p> </p>
