We take pride in fostering a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.</p></div><p>As an R&D Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for;</p> <div> <ul> <li>Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems to meet product performance, reliability, cost, and manufacturability requirements.</li> <li>Analyze problems or deficiencies and developing product solutions to resolve them.</li> <li>Conduct mechanical experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs.</li> <li>Update documentation and drawings/designs using CAD technology.</li> <li>Work directly with Senior Engineers to develop and test new mechanical approaches for products</li> <li>Create detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation using CAD software.</li> <li>Lead and support product development activities from concept generation through prototype development, testing, and product launch.</li> <li>Develop and execute engineering test plans, analyze results, and provide recommendations for design improvements.</li> <li>Conduct feasibility studies, design analyses, and failure investigations.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, regulatory, and product management.</li> <li>Support design reviews, risk assessments, and engineering change processes.</li> <li>Maintain project schedules and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.</li> </ul> </div> <p><strong>Qualifications;</strong></p> <ul> <li> <div>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.</div> </li> <li> <div>5+ years of mechanical engineering experience in a product development or R&D environment.</div> </li> <li>Knowledge of integrated CFD/Thermal Analysis/FEA tools</li> <li> <div>Proficiency with SolidWorks required</div> </li> <li> <div>Experience designing mechanical systems, assemblies, and components for production.</div> </li> <li> <div>Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, including mechanics, materials, thermodynamics, and manufacturing processes.</div> </li> <li> <div>Experience developing and testing prototypes.</div> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> On-site daily in Bartlesville, OK</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Salary Range: $100K-$140K</span></strong></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":100,"3355597
