The ideal candidate will have experience implementing proactive and predictive maintenance programs, developing spare parts and asset care strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and driving reliability improvements through TPM, RCM, and root cause analysis. This individual will be a strong communicator who champions safety, ensures compliance, supports capital and improvement projects, and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to maximize asset availability, reliability, and cost-effective performance.</div> Primary Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Define the maintenance strategy for the new technologies within the Kinston Plant </li> <li>Create a spare parts strategy for our most critical assets within the Kinston Plant </li> <li>Protect the safety of maintenance personnel and asset users.
