We take pride in fostering a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.</p></div><p>As a Senior Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for;</p> <ul> <li>Performs lead role in the electrical design, development, test, analysis, manufacturing, and execution of multi-disciplinary projects, often on multiple programs simultaneously</li> <li>Generates robust designs considering ESD, EMI, and other challenging environments</li> <li>Creates and reviews complete drawing packages of electrical designs for manufacturing, cost, and quality assurance</li> <li>Leads prototyping, hardware assembly, development testing and product qualification</li> <li>Performs required calculations and generates comprehensive circuit analysis reports</li> <li>Takes a leading role in the management of departmental growth and other electrical tools</li> <li>Participates in candidate assessments and supports other hiring activities</li> <li>Supports technical proposals, quick-turn concept design, and presentation efforts</li> <li>Mentor and resource for more junior engineers and helps conduct performance reviews</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar</li> <li>Typically possesses significant experience in aerospace, defense, and/or avionics</li> <li>Detailed knowledge of military specifications and industry standards including IPC</li> <li>Proven experience in designing robust hardware that has undergone qualification testing</li> <li>Well versed with circuit simulations tools such as PSPICE and LTSPICE</li> <li>Advanced experience with testing/troubleshooting techniques</li> <li>Advanced experience with schematic capture, PCB layout and routing, and circuit board design principles using Altium Designer or similar</li> <li>Proficient experience developing automated test equipment apparatuses</li> <li>Experience utilizing serial communication protocols (RS-422, RS-485, MIL-STD-1553, etc.) and developing serial communication Hardware / Software</li> <li>Familiarity with C/C++/C#, Python, Matlab (Verilog and VHDL are a plus)</li> <li>Self-motivated, ability to multi-task, work independently on assignments with minimal oversight or direction, quality-oriented and safety conscious</li> <li>Possesses strong electrical aptitude as well as creativity in solving problems; able to track overall goals while focusing on details</li> <li>Must be a U.S. Citizen</li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Salary Range: $120,000-150,000</span></strong></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, an
