We take pride in fostering a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.</p></div><p>As a Senior Design Engineer you will be responsible for;</p> <ul class="___14cu5j8 fdgang7 f1hu3pq6 f19f4twv fuxrj8o"> <li>Leading the design and development of mechanical systems, structural hardware, and mechanisms from early concept through production readiness.</li> <li>Creating innovative engineering solutions that meet customer requirements, performance objectives, and environmental constraints.</li> <li>Developing detailed 3D models, assemblies, engineering drawings, and manufacturing documentation.</li> <li>Performing engineering calculations, trade studies, tolerance analyses, and evaluations to support design decisions.</li> <li>Supporting multiple development programs simultaneously while maintaining quality, schedule, and technical objectives.</li> <li>Reviewing and validating engineering analyses, calculations, and design outputs to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.</li> <li>Generating complete design packages including bills of materials, assembly drawings, and release documentation.</li> <li>Supporting rapid concept development efforts, proposal activities, and customer-driven engineering studies.</li> <li>Collaborating with manufacturing, quality, systems, and test engineering teams to transition designs into production and qualification.</li> <li>Providing technical support for prototype builds, hardware integration activities, development testing, and qualification efforts.</li> <li>Serving as a technical mentor to junior engineers and contributing to the growth of engineering best practices.</li> <li>Applying sound engineering judgment to solve complex technical challenges in high-performance aerospace and defense applications.</li> </ul> <p><strong data-lexical-text="true">Qualifications;</strong></p> <ul class="___14cu5j8 fdgang7 f1hu3pq6 f19f4twv fuxrj8o"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline.</li> <li>6+ years of experience designing aerospace, defense, or other highly engineered products and systems.</li> <li>Demonstrated success developing hardware that has progressed through testing, qualification, and implementation.</li> <li>Strong mechanical design background with expertise in engineering drawing standards and design best practices.</li> <li>Proficiency with SolidWorks and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).</li> <li>Experience utilizing CAD and CAE tools to support product development and engineering analyses.</li> <li>Strong understanding of mechanics, material behavior, stress analysis, and engineering fundamentals.</li> <li>Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, requirements, and engineering documentation.</li> <li>Experience creating and managing bills of materia
