We take pride in fostering a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.</p></div><p> </p> <p>As Senior Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for;</p> <ul> <li>Develop, test, and lead mechanical designs, including trade studies, concept and detailed designs, BOMs, drawings, engineering calculations, tolerance analysis, and associated documentation.</li> <li>Lead the Mechanical Engineering team within a project, serving as the primary resource for technical leadership, oversight, and development. Identify and recommend training or performance improvement opportunities as needed.</li> <li>Ensure technical accuracy and maintain scoped product or system features.</li> <li>Define work breakdown structures from initial specifications and/or derived requirements.</li> <li>Track team progress and efficiency to support project schedule and budget.</li> <li>Implement product designs using engineering principles and standard tools.</li> <li>Utilize analysis tools to verify design concepts.</li> <li>Assemble, test, and evaluate prototypes for functionality and performance.</li> <li>Anticipate technical uncertainties and identify design and product risks with appropriate mitigations.</li> <li>Identify scope changes and propose resolution options to project leaders.</li> <li>Prepare and maintain engineering documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Complete tasks within estimated timeframes (+/- 10%) and predict potential overruns before they occur.</li> <li>Ensure design quality by leading and participating in design reviews</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field from an accredited institution.</li> <li>Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in mechanical design or related engineering roles.</li> <li>A Master’s degree in an engineering field may substitute for 2 years of professional experience.</li> <li>Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, tolerance analysis, and engineering calculations.</li> <li>Proficiency in CAD software and standard engineering tools.</li> <li>Experience with prototype assembly and testing.</li> <li>Ability to anticipate and mitigate technical risks.</li> <li>Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.</li> <li>Familiarity with regulatory compliance and documentation standards.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> <strong>Westminster, CO</strong></p> <p><strong>Salary Range: $100,000 - $160,000</strong> </p> <p>The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but
